LHH is partnering with an aerospace manufacturer and repair service provider in the search of a Project Manager. The company has gone through a cultural shift causing massive growth that has resulted in the need to hire multiple people. Leadership is looking for someone with strong analytical and planning skills who can manage multiple customer projects who can partner with C-level Executives as well as Project Leaders. This is a direct hire role that will work onsite in their Tulsa, OK office with a salary between $75K - $85K. Here are more details about this job:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying operational inefficiencies throughout the shop floor and providing strategic insight for improvement
- Acting as a conduit between Project Leaders (C-level Exes, finance, supply chain, etc), providing insight between groups to ensure goals are on track and projected timelines are being followed
- Management of customer projects with the goal of delivering on time, within budget and meeting the scope and quality of requirements
- Design, communicate and implement operational plans for various projects including the identification of milestones and risks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- PMP Certification
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or aerospace experience is a huge plus
- Ability to partner with C-Level leadership
